Another layout for Amethyst Rain, formerly known as Shizuka na Hitorigoto. This current design is the fourth one for this blog. It features a CG artwork downloaded from Boy's Wallpaper. The artwork is so wonderful that I immediately downloaded it when I first saw it. She's so hauntingly beautiful, don't you think? ^__^ I need not add any special effects because the image is beautiful the way it is. As for that disturbing swirl at the end, I have to do something so the image won't end abruptly. I'm too tired of feather effect so I decided to do something different. Hope you still like it! ^__^

The world is indeed small. Last night, as Fangli was browsing cmangascans, she saw a post made by a user bearing a familiar name. Wanting to know where in the world she encountered the username before and if it was in one of forums in the manga community circle, Fangli and I googled the username and found out that she was everywhere.

Apparently, this person was also an avid manga and anime fan. We chance upon a search entry entitled "Jenny's Homepage" and clicked it. As much as we were amazed, Fangli and I were both surprised to find out that that person was also studying in our university and belonged to the same batch as ours. Since she did stated that she tooked a computer science degree, we both figured out that the homepage must be her term projects for one of her classes during her freshman year. There were also photos of her and friends on her site. You could just imagined how big our eyes where when we loaded her picture on the browser.

HER!!! It's her! I didn't know she was an avid anime fan! And she's also into scanlations!!! Eventually we also found out that she's part of Cshoujo's private channel, a raws provider for maboroshi, a translator for Entrophy, a staff of DGT and other scanlation groups!!! She could speak Chinese very well and also is knowledgeable in Japanese.

Damn! I've been studying 13 years of Chinese in school and I stutter like a native Chinese toddler. Do they ever get such great education in Hope Naga o_O?
